ARGUMENTS

Below is a list of logical arguments you can leverage when in a situation that your employer or Government or family/friends are pressuring you to be vaccinated against infectious disease, family, colleagues is requiring you to be vaccinated.

Challenge Options: Options to challenge

1. HUMAN RIGHTS - RESTRICT A PERSON FROM ENTERING OR REMAINING AT A PLACE

Aged Care Directions in place in Australian States are restricting these rights which is a violation of United Nations Treaties: - ICCPR: International Covenant of Civil and Political Rights - ICSER: International Covenant of Social, Economic and Religious freedom

2. DISCRIMINATION

Discrimination of people based on vaccination status is unlawful. A. State Minister for Health, Chief Health OfficerB. State Human Rights Commission
A. AHRC - Australian Human Rights Commission websiteC. Refer to AHRC Commissioner report on the handling of COVID-19D. High Court of Australia (if appealing E. Governor General

3. EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT (IF VACCINE REQUIRED TO KEEP EMPLOYMENT)

It is not lawful to enforce workplace requirements AFTER already being employedA. Fair Work AustraliaB. Fair Work Commission

4. VACCINES ARE NOT THE ONLY PREVENTION OPTION

A. 2020 has proven that hand hygiene,.social distancing, masks, temp checks, stay home when sick, B. Increased immune health prevents diseaseC. Healthy food and exercise increases immune healthD. AHRC states that other alternative options should be taken to reduce the human rights violation

5. ARE VACCINATED OR UNVACCINATED SPREADING MORE DISEASE?

6. WORKPLACE HEALTH AND SAFETY IS NOT IMPACTED

A. Unvaccinated pose less of a risk to vulnerable people as they spread less RNA aerosol particles  B. VAED and VAERD are diseases enhanced by the vaccines which increase virus spread and severity. VAEDs and VAERDs are proven to occur and are acknowledged by WHO, CDC, TGA, FDAC. Australia has many communicable infectious diseases, we don't take the same approach with all of them D. Diseases can't be spread if you dont have them. Unvaccinated don't pose any threat to vulnerable populations if they haven't got the diease.

7. THERE IS NO EPIDEMICS OR PERSON TO PERSON TRANSMISSION IN THE COMMUNITY

If there is not an epidemic in the community, and person to person transmission if disease is really low, what is the risk of being unvaccinated.

8. AUS. DOESN'T REQUIRE ANY OTHER PREVENTATIVE MEDICINES OR CEASE EMPLOYMENT FOR OTHER HEALTH CHOICES

A. There has been significant studies on the positice effects of Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Glutathione, Carotenoids etc. and they are not an employment or entry requirement. When know more about the positive effects of antioxidants than we do about the covid-19 vaccines.

9. AUS. DOESN'T REDUCE WELFARE PAYMENTS BASED ON OTHER LIFE CHOICES

A. The Aus. Gov. doesn't reduce welfare payments for soft drinks, sugar products, smoking, lack of exercise but they do if you haven't had preventative vaccination for diseases you don't have. B. Unvaccinated have never been proven as the source of infectious disease outbreaks.

10. AUS. DOES NOT HAVE A PUBLIC HEALTH EMERGENCY

A. Australia case numbers and death toll are very lowB. Roughly the same amount of people died in 2020 than what have fired in the past 10 years. C. COVID-19 accounted for 0.6% of all deaths in 2020.

11. CURRENT VACCINES IN AUSTRALIA AREN'T REDUCING DISEASE SPREAD

Even with all the vaccines Australia has for other RNA viruses, the laboratory confirmed case number continue to climb.
2019 saw 310,000 people get influenza in Australia despite 2019 being one of the highest influenxa vaccine uptake rates onnrecirs.
