Health Employment Directive 12/21 is inconsistent with Industrial Instruments and Acts (Queensland Health Certified Agreements and Modern Awards)


This means...the Directive is NOT legal and cannot be enforced on current QH employees who are under Certified Agreements and Enterprise Agreements!!!


Furthermore, prospective employees cannot be given different employment conditions than current employees under the same Certified Agreements.
