Listen to the messaging where Brendan Murphy (TGA) advised that the Federal Govt. sought agreement from all States and Territories to use Public Health orders to mandate Covid-19 vaccination.
Why is SCOMO now telling the States and Territories to step back, pretending that he is pro-choice???
Could it be that he is trying to score political points given the upcoming election?
The PM keeps messaging that the Commonwealth has not mandated COVID-19 jabs. Although that is accurate, the ONLY reason they didn't mandate jabs at the Federal level is because they would have had to pass changes to Federal legislation. It was far easier to pass the buck and put the responsibility back onto the Premiers.
And let's not forget, in 2015, Scott Morrison leant on religious groups to remove religious exemption; he spearheaded 'NO JAB, NO PAY' legislation, taking money from families who refuse to follow the childhood immunisation program.
